Turkmenistan could become next full member of Organisation of Turkic States

The former Soviet republic of Turkmenistan is expected to become a full member of the Organisation of Turkic States. It's just the latest country to express an interest in becoming more involved with the group. And as our diplomatic correspondent Andrew Hopkins reports, it seems unlikely to be the last.
