Policy-making in Singapore centres around families: Masagos Zulkifli

Social and Family Development Minister Masagos Zulkifli has said that policy-making in Singapore centres around families, as they are the building blocks of society. Speaking on the final day of the Asian Family Conference, Mr Masagos added that focusing on families allows the pragmatic implementation of Government policies on a larger scale, rather than at the individual level.
