South Korea maintains stand of not sending lethal arms to Ukraine

It is speculated that South Korea could be supplying artillery shells to the United States as Washington's inventory drains amidst the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. The South Korean Defence Ministry has said that it is presently negotiating to supply ammunition to the US.
