국산 초음속 전투기 KF-21 2호기도 최초 비행 성공

The second prototype of South Korea's locally-developed supersonic fighter jet, the KF-21,... has successfully completed its first flight.
The aircraft took off at about 10 AM Thursday morning, from an airbase in Sacheon,... and flew for about 30 minutes before landing.
It was about four months ago that the first prototype made its maiden flight.
The country's arms procurement agency said four more prototypes of the KF-21 will be tested from next month into the first half of next year.
South Korea's project to develop the KF-21 -- at a cost of more than 6 billion U.S. dollars -- is aimed at replacing its aging fleet of F-4s and F-5s.
The Air Force plans to deploy 120 of them by 2032.
