Mortgage rates drop BIG on solid inflation data - markets rally

Inflation data finally surprises in a good way and the markets all reacted positively in a BIG way. Mortgage rates drop .5% in a morning and I believe the time I have been predicting has come. The shift is underway and the bottom of the market is in (for real estate). I could be wrong of course, but this is my opinion.
