Pov: Investors watching the housing market

Investors have been perched and ready, eyes on the market, ready to pounce on sweet deals. Needless to say, the Treasure Valley market statistics that were just released for October came as a bit of a surprise. The median sales price actually INCREASED between September and October for the first time since May 2022. That paired with a DECREASE in inventory has investors feeling the squeeze. There are still great deals to be had, but if you’re considering investing you’ll want to have all your ducks in a row, ready to jump in!
