Republican Mike Lawler defeats Democrat Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney in New York House race

New York Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney has conceded defeat to Mike Lawler in his bid for a House seat. The Republican will represent New York's newly redrawn 17th Congressional District in the Hudson Valley region. Lawler joined CBS News for an interview shortly after winning the race.
