Russian troops will be redeployed to the left bank of the Dnieper in Kherson region

Main highilights from report by Army General Sergey Surovikin:

📍In October, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost over 12,000 military personnel and about 350 mercenaries, 18 aircraft, 12 helicopters, 6 air defence systems, more than 200 tanks, 21 MLRS.

📍Russian losses are seven to eight times less than those of the enemy.

📍The situation has been stabilised, due to the mobilised and volunteers, the combat strength has been increased, additional reserves have been created.

📍Attempts to attack the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kupyansky and Krasnolimansky directions were suppressed.

📍In the Donetsk direction, the enemy was defeated on the right bank of the Bakhmutka River south of Artemovsk, the city is actively blocked from the south.

📍Kherson and adjacent settlements cannot be fully supplied and maintained in course of hostilities.

📍Not to put people's lives in danger, more than 115,000 people were evacuated.

📍The defence will be organised along the left bank of the Dnieper River.
