Uno Cinema together with the Tulangbawang Health Office produced a 30-minute short film 'Tanah Keriduan'. This film is about the struggle of a midwife in a remote area in making people aware of the importance of health.
However, the midwife's struggle was met with resistance. The film, which takes place in Dente Teladas, Tulangbawang, tells the story of the professional feud between traditional birth attendants and midwives. Two villagers throw a tantrum that causes the death of a pregnant woman. Finally, the public was provoked. Residents then protested midwives and doctors at the puskesmas, and even wanted to burn them. The entire shooting location took place in Tulang Bawang. Through this film, the beauty of the Tulang Bawang River can be enjoyed.
