Avoiding or ignoring your anxiety triggers, unfortunately, doesn’t make them go away. Instead, you should learn how to calm your body and mind as quickly and efficiently as possible so that you feel relaxed instead of anxious, and are naturally able to let go of negative thoughts. Here's another great stress relief trick: play calming music while meditating!
