Syracuse trailed by two after the first quarter, but they took control of the game by outscoring Stony Brook 22-7 in the second quarter. Dyaisha Fair had four assists and five rebounds to go with her team-high 18 points. Dariauna Lewis recorded her first double-double of the season with 15 points and 16 rebounds. Teisha Hyman added 16 points and nine rebounds.
