Chickpea flatbread with mushrooms, carrots and edamame (vegan, gluten-free) - This was done in less than 30 minutes. The chickpea flatbread (Farinata / Socca) is done in approximately 15 minutes - it’s so yummy and versatile. You just need chickpea flour and water - equal parts. That’s the base recipe. The traditional Farinata /Socca is made with a bit of salt, olive oil and Rosemary added to the base recipe. I just added a bit of Rosemary and then baked it at 400F for 15 minutes in the air fryer. It gets crunchy and can be enjoyed as is or as a base for a flatbread / Pizza. Add your favorite topping :-) It’s faster than going to the market or to a restaurant and you can add exactly what you like 🤭☺️😃🎉 It’s one of my favorite things to make when I crave something savory and crunchy 😋👩🏻🍳
