"Petrov-Vodkin" is an Intelligent Russian restaurant and tapas bar in the very center of St Petersburg, Russia.

The interior conveys the atmosphere of the institution of the late 19th and early 20th centuries: muted paint colors for the walls, classic furniture and wall panels made of dark natural wood, carefully selected and restored antiques, including ornate mirrors in carved frames and oak sideboards.

The walls are decorated with reproductions of paintings by Petrov-Vodkin and paintings by his contemporaries, and as an adventurous touch, graffiti wall murals with reproductions of iconic paintings by Petrov-Vodkin were chosen.

Chef Stanislav Potemkin, a member of the ChaineDesRotisseurs guild, has been in charge of the restaurant's kitchen since the opening of Petrov-Vodkin. During this time, the restaurant has been nominated many times and received awards from the leading restaurant awards in St. Petersburg.

The menu is based on Russian cuisine: a place in it was found both for antique recipes that the chef discovered in old cookbooks, and popular hits of Russian and Soviet cuisine, which were partially rethought. Separately, it is worth noting branded homemade tinctures.

Borsch, Russian Olivier salad, Beef Stroganoff, Pike Cutlets.
