After an 11 mo. long battle SCOTUS affirmed:

1) The law on Election Day is the prevailing law. Can’t make up your own rules.


2) No such thing as “substantial completion”. Mail-in ballots must have all components required by law. As in dates. Exactly what’s happening in PA.
