In this video Ben and Reuben go on a service call to replace a condensing fan motor as well as condensing fan blades on a commercial rooftop unit.
One of the fan blade assemblies shredded itself apart somehow and due to being imbalanced from the damage, caused multiple refrigerant leaks on the refrigerant lines from the resulting vibration.
At the same time, the fan motor had gone bad on the adjacent condensing fan.
