#SilverViper enters letter of intent to acquire #CanasilResources

Silver Viper Minerals had news out on Monday, as they've entered into a letter of intent to acquire Canasil Resources.

It's a stock transaction that gives Canasil Resources shareholders 1 share of Silver Viper for every 4 shares of Canasil, and offers Silver Viper access to Canasil's gold, copper, zinc and lead exploration projects in Durango and Zacatecas States, Mexico, and in British Columbia.
