Bloodshed continues in Myanmar...and one final message by a teenage victim is touching the hearts of many across the world.
A 19-year-old taekwondo champion known as Angel was killed by a shot to the head...while protesting on the streets of Mandalay.
As many pictures of her and the phrase, “Everything will be OK," on her T-shirt went viral on social media...the message soon became a symbol of defiance of the military forces.
On Thursday, hundreds of mourners in Myanmar attended her funeral.
During her open-casket ceremony, mourners sang revolutionary songs and chanted anti-coup slogans.
The military junta has not yet made any comments regarding her or over 50 other deaths since the military takeover.
