Typhoon Noru heads to Vietnam after hitting Philippines

Typhoon Noru is picking up strength after leaving the Philippines. It is now churning across the warm waters of the South China Sea and is forecast to make landfall in Vietnam on Sep 28. The country's central coast, including Da Nang, will take a direct hit. The typhoon will then head for Thailand.
