Plenty of laser-cut PALS from laminated nylon on both the plate carrier and the cummerbund let you attach MOLLE-compatible pouches, accessories, and holsters. Weighs only 2 pounds and provides great mobility without sacrificing comfort.

The Kourass is the only armor plate carrier available with the patented SAFEgo quick-release buckle system. The SAFEgo buckles combine the advantages of magnetic forces and mechanical latching closure. They include a built-in "self-securing" mechanism. When reconnecting, the powerful magnets attract, and the buckle “snaps lock” together into place.

These buckles ensure a strong, secure hold of the armor plate carrier during heavy loads use. The heavier the load, the more secure these buckles become. They make it simple and easy to put it on and take it off. The operator can connect and disconnect these quick-release buckles with just one hand allowing fast release of the carrier if needed.
