Baso (MeatBall) is a very popular food and can be found everywhere in Indonesia,from street vendors' carts to big restaurants,meatballs are usually served warm or hot plus fried dumplings or tofu as an addition,or also with vegetables such as bean sprouts, and noodles,of course with simple spices such as salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, pepper powder and fried leeks or pieces of celery.and in addition are fried dumplings as a complement.
