Strength 5 x 5. 5 Sets of 5 reps of front squats, going up in weight every set. 60 sec rest between sets, but doing Russian twists.
WOD: 15 Front squats, 250m, 12 Front Squats, 250m, 9 Front Squats, 250m, 6 Front Squats, 250m. Done.
