Community comes together through Dia de Los Muertos celebration

The community came together Sunday for the annual Kern County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Dia de Los Muertos Celebration. The family of Angel Berumen, who died in a hit-and-run crash earlier this year, was in attendance. 23ABC spoke to his mother about how they honored him through this celebration.
