Do I need a Flashlight on my EDC Pistol?

This is a great conversation that can become very nuanced with a lot of different view points based off individuals experience. The goal is to understand what’s likely to happen vs. what happened once vs. what can possibly happen and develop systems that make sense. I personally plan based of most likely COA with some contingencies for most dangerous COA. Most of the time you should make decisions to avoid potentially bad situations as a civilian EDC practitioner. LE/Mil/Gov Agency guys sometimes are out in less than desirable situations and have to plan accordingly but this isn’t EDC in my opinion.

Here is my brief view on this topic and what I choose to do. I’m always willing to discuss this topic in depth with guys because it’s about getting better, building better systems and being able to understand the why in what we do.

Let me know if a WML is necessary for you. Have a good one.
