2 lb beef (I usef hamburger)
2 cloves garlic
1 large onion
1/2 cup carrots
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp oregano
1/ tsp Ground thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom
2 quarts beef broth
3/4 cups barley
