POEC Winners, Losers, and Cheaters, what a week at the POEC!

Brigitte Belton stole the show with her raw testimony that came straight from the heart. She said many of the things we wanted the world to know as to why we were protesting. And Jane called out all the critical problems with the POEC, including the Commissioners ties to the Liberals. Great job by both! Keith Wilson from the JCCF testified to the on Nov 1st that the protesters in the area of Rideau/Sussex were refusing to move their vehicles from an obstructive position, and because of this he anticipated the feds were going to bring in the Emergencies Act. In other words, he stated - as a lawyer - that the government would have grounds to bring in the Emergencies Act. Jane has officially requested that the commission to allow her an opportunity to cross examine Keith Wilson, because of these issues.

This is a very significant and dangerous lie that he’s telling because it potentially could go to justifying the implementation of the Emergencies Act.

CALL TO ACTION:
We know two truckers, two field captains, a liaison person, and a supporter that are willing to write affidavits refuting Keith's assertion the truckers refused to leave Rideau/Sussex.

We are looking for any one else that is familiar with that area of the protest to assist us in challenging Keith Wilson's statement and testimony.
