India bridge collapse: Prime Minister Modi visits site in Morbi

India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi has visited the site of a bridge collapse that killed more than 140 people in his home state of Gujarat.
He also met with survivors who are in hospital and thanked medical staff for their help.
Nine people associated with the bridge's recent refurbishment and operation have been arrested.
