In the video below, a Russian Borei class ballistic missile submarine, the Knyaz Vladimir, was detected by a Norwegian P-3 Orion Anti-Submarine aircraft. The aircraft dropped a sonobuoy and the crew supposedly responded by threatening the aircraft with a man-portable air-defense rocket (MANPADS).

This may have happened, but the video does not support the claim. The initial video is probably a Borei class submarine, but the video with the MANPADS indicates a Lada diesel-electric submarine. This is based on the changing location of the ensign and the large snorkel that indicates a Lada submarine.
