German Car Day, Perth 2016 - Farmobil

A very rare German Farmobil at the German Car Day in Perth 2016. A multipurpose agricultural vehicle, it was designed by the German Fahr tractor company, powered by a BMW 600cc boxer motorcycle engine and built in Greece. They were sold by Chrysler internationally but were not a success. Only 700 were built. They are extremely rare today and this is the only known example in Australia. It was found in poor condition in France and shipped to Australia for a meticulous restoration.
