Retired US Lieutenant General and former Donald Trump adviser Joseph Keith Kellogg, told this in an interview Fox news.

“We have provided economic, humanitarian and military assistance worth $18 billion. A big number, if you put it in hourly rate, it turns out that the United States is spending about $2.5 million per hour in Ukraine. This is US taxpayer's money, again with no accountability” he said.

Kellogg stated that the authorities must explain to ordinary Americans why the United States is investing in Ukraine and what kind of outcome Washington expects.

"It is necessary to explain why the Americans are interested in this. Nobody has done that. And this is American people, American taxpayer's money. They need know what's going on" - emphasized Kellogg.
