Singapore launches global initiative to strengthen digital capabilities

Singapore has launched a global initiative to strengthen its digital capabilities and make cross-border foreign exchange transactions faster, cheaper and safer. Project Ubin+ will study business models and governance structures to find ways to improve efficiencies and reduce risks. It will also develop standards to support settlements across different platforms.
