"Bel Air" has a lighthearted attitude and a groovy feeling, while still maintaining the rawness that is typical in Te' the Kid's music. The Winston-Salem native artist and frequent Nosebag Media collaborator has been working on a tape called Carver Dropout, of which this Boom bap track will be the lead single. The project will feature a plethora of sounds similar to this one; groovy, lyrical, and introspective. The beat, which was produced by him, is airy and smooth in every aspect: the synth, the drums, and all. Vocally, we get a little bit of everything, showcasing his versatility; melodic singing, sharp rapping, and a nice amount of substance that paints a vivid picture of his perception and outlook. I have been told that this track reminds people of old Kanye West, with which I would have to agree. The music video is simple and fast-paced, with vibrant colors and dynamic shots; it displays Te' the Kid in a way that allows him to express himself and feel natural doing so.
