The 80-acre (32 ha) Assiniboine Park Zoo is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, on the western edge of Assiniboine Park. It has been famous for its polar bear display for many years; in 2013, Journey to Churchill replaced the previous enclosure.

It was founded in 1904 and is run by the Assiniboine Park Conservancy. The Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and the Canadian Association of Zoos and Aquariums (CAZA) have accredited it (AZA).
