Communism to Patriotism - An immigrant that now coaches others to live The American Dream

This week’s guest on Blunt Force Discussion is a life coach, business coach, mindset coach and a bunch of other things all rolled up into one patriot who’s family fled communism when he was a child. Eric went on to serve our country as a marine and today operates in multiple business’ that all circle around success and personal development.

In a nutshell, Eric is a former communist from Russia. Due to his love for the US, he joined the Marines after high school, where he served for 8 years. He deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq and spend time in Guantanamo Bay Cuba interviewing detainees. And after having some bumps and bruises in the professional world he was able to find a way to make in impact on the lives around him as a life and business coach. Eric

Eric is well trained in many coaching programs, and in the end he helps people figure out their B.S. (belief system), KILL their self-limiting beliefs. Then he guides them to become the type of person others want to be around. People who work with me have a tendency to get clear on their goals and actually achieve them.

Today, he is the Founder of The Goal Guide, where he helps people get to their next level personally and professionally. He is the author of B2B Sales Secrets, and the host of Lead Sell Grow - The Human Experience podcast.

We talk in detail and at length regarding politics, socialism, cultural topics like Kanye and much more. We talk about personal success journey’s and why we really have no excuse to not be the person we want to become. We talk about the phrase privilege and what that means to us.

Eric and I have become good friends in the last year since meeting at the Great American Summit in Irving, TX so we have a lot of fun in this interview just chatting like a couple bros.
