Change how you talk to yourself ❤️ #mindset

"I have to go to work" 🚫
"I have to go to the gym"🚫
"I have to go see my family" 🚫

I still find myself saying these things from time to time, but the reality is it's much better than when I was saying

"I wish I had a job" 💸
"I wish I could go to the gym" 🤒
"I wish I could go see my family" 🪦

Whenever I catch myself saying "I have to" I quickly try to rephrase it saying " I get to!" reminding myself of times when I couldn't. 🖤❤️
