1. Avoid multitasking
A dog performs one task at a time. It focuses its attention on a single activity at once and avoids multitasking
When a dog is engrossed in something, let's it is eating, it does it without distraction. It actually growls if someone bothers it.
According to studies, doing several things at once or one just after the other, causes work-related stress.
2. Stretch
Have you noticed how often your dog stretches in a day? You should imitate it, at least a little.
Stretching muscles every day for a few seconds (from 15 to 30) through a few targeted exercises increases flexibility and muscle elasticity and keep joints fit.
3. Have a positive attitude
Dogs demonstrate a positive by wagging their tails and we can do same through smiles.
Having a positive attitude and enjoying oneself is essential to lower the stress hormone levels in the blood , as high levels of these can cause health problems in advanced age.
Additionally studies have shown that laughing for about twenty minutes a day reduces stress hormone levels and improves memory.
4. Have a nap
Haven't you noticed that your dog takes a nap during the day? Taking a nap in the middle of the day improves your memory.
A few minutes of deep sleep are enough to reactivate the right side of the brain and best at creative tasks. Once awake, in a few minutes it is easier to find solutions to problems that had been causing you to worry for hours.
5. Accept imperfections
Animals, and Dogs in particular, love themselves the way they are. They also us just the way we are: fat, thin, beautiful, ugly, tall or short.
They accept us even if we don’t meet the standards of perfection set by society.
So, learn to accept yourself exactly as they accept us.
