I don't like 👍 as a response to emails and messages. It feels passive aggressive to me.

I don't like "👍" as a response to emails and messages. It feels passive aggressive to me.

At my work in outlook, it's a standard response now. It's also common on WhatsApp and Messenger. I really dislike it. Not sure why but always feels passive aggressive, like "ok buddy".... Eye roll.

Edit- so there are many people who actually feel this way too I have now learnt, and I want to say that I don't think anything needs to change and am also not losing any sleep over someone giving me a thumbs up. It's really not that serious of a feeling. It's just the slight thought that this could mean as above, but then I move on with no hard feelings or anything.
