Dublin's first adult LEGO café has officially opened its doors.

LEGO fans will finally be able to have a place to meet and talk about their favorite pastime, and it's in Dublin that it's happening. Indeed, the LEGO Brick Coffee recently opened its doors in the Irish capital with the aim of offering a creative space only dedicated to adults.

It is actually an experimental cafe that was launched in October for World Mental Health Month by the Boys + Girls agency and the LEGO Lead User Lab department. It is defined as a place of comfort and creative expression for adults so that they can play with LEGO and discover the mental health benefits of this activity such as reducing stress and improving memory.

Open for only two days, people had access to several LEGO kits to assemble on site over a coffee, but they were also able to participate in lively workshops on the creative stimulation that LEGO can provide.

This benevolent initiative will serve as a springboard for the construction game company to assess the impact of the place and the reception given to them by the people who have visited it to consider a global deployment thereafter.
