Full raw footage of @cmintsurfer 's #plymouthbarracuda that he brought to the No Name Nationals. Footage is not perfect and are clips from multiple points in the attempt.
He brought the car to the event on a trailer in order to see if at the least he could fire it off, after sitting for 20+ years. Before I came around several other people had jumped in to help like @JB’s little shop @Clint's Street Machines @John Wilburn in order to get the intake manifold installed and put him at our start point. At this point in the day @BigBlock 402 had oiled down the track and I was looking for @BuckDOESIT! to sign his banner. I spent quite a bit of time running down the right plug wires thanks to 5 from @Poor Boys Garage and @Jason Falk from @Rabid Transit Garage told me to pull 3 more off his Satellite in order to get us moving. The wire and toggle switch for running a power wire to the coil came out of my parts and we also used a couple jump packs.
As the hour and a half that we worked on it rolled through others came and went but it was a fun group effort by spectators and participants. Mike and his daughter will now be starting their own channel thanks to helping with this project to start the 65.
Besides those mentioned above we also saw help from @Stephen Hotz Just Drive It! @Heavens Mopars @BareRose Garage @Daddy’s Money Garage John, and a few others. At the end of the day this was one of the most satisfying parts of our day at the #nonamenationals
1965 Plymouth Barracuda with a 273 la and push button transmission.
