6.4 magnitude earthquake rocks northern Philippines

A 6.4 magnitude earthquake rocked the northern Philippines, injuring at least 26 people, panicking residents and causing substantial damage to several buildings. In Lagayan in Abra province, Pulot National High School was heavily damaged, with cracks appearing in the walls and foundation.
