Lionel Sweeny has 15-plus years of combined experience in Systems Engineering, Program Management, Human Resources, Organizational Design, and Change Management in Government Electronics, Education, and Telecommunications industries. Responsibilities at HS Partners include Leadership Development, Organizational Design, and Change Management Support.

As an accomplished Human Resources leader with worldwide, broad-based management and generalist experience, Lionel’s expertise includes building alliances to drive system-wide change strategies and performance improvement resulting in value-added quality services to clients that impact the bottom line. Academic experience includes being Director of EdD in Computer Science for Judson University, Adjunct Instructor for Roosevelt University, University of North Texas, Eastfield College, and Organization Development consultant at DePaul University.
