Over the mountains - Lake Clark National Park & Preserve

Lake Clark’s rich coastal habitats provide great opportunities to see and study brown bears. The park’s much larger inland habitat is home to a population of bears that we know little about. Through a multi year study scientist are learning how brown bears survive in the park’s more resource constrained interior.
