Steamed shrimp with garlic vermicelli
1. Wash the fresh shrimp, cut off the beard feet, and open the back with scissors to remove the shrimp line. (See video) and chop the shrimp with a kitchen knife
2. Soak mung bean vermicelli in cool water for 30 minutes in advance, cut it into two pieces with scissors, spread it on the bottom of the plate, and spread the open-backed shrimp on the surface of the vermicelli
3. Put 2 tbsp oil in a pot, stir-fry the minced garlic for 4 minutes until fragrant, add all the seasonings and bring to a boil for garlic juice
4. Pour the cooked seasoning with a spoon over the open back of the shrimp and the vermicelli
5. Boil water in a pot (steam), put the shrimp dish in, add the lid and steam over medium heat for 4 minutes
6. Take out the shrimp plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion, heat a tablespoon of oil in the pot, and pour it on the surface of the chives by heat Cooking skills 1. Steamed shrimp must be fresh, clean shrimp, not fresh shrimp is easy to produce fishy smell
