Beto Supporters Assault Journalist At Dallas Rally, Witnessing Officer Refused To Take Report

On November 3rd, independent journalist Tayler Hansen attended a speaking event hosted by Democratic gubernatorial candidate Beto O’Rourke where the journalist was assaulted by multiple Beto supporters after asking the gubernatorial candidate if he’d “disavow surgery for trans kids.” A Dallas Police officer on sight, Officer Megan Thomas, refused to take an assault report by Hansen, despite her allegedly witnessing the attack.
