Can you make Farmers Cheese?

Farmer's cheese is one those salt-of-the-earth kind of cheeses – it's hardworking, unassuming, and will do anything you ask it to.

1 quart raw milk
1/2 t salt
Heat to 185 degrees F, stirring occasionally
Add in 1/4 c vinegar
Milk will curdle
Wait 5 minutes and strain through a cheese cloth
Hang and drain for 1 hour
