Make dumplings: Place the dumpling filling in the center of the skin, and don't put too much stuffing if you are not skilled. Pinch the center first, then both sides, and then squeeze the edges of the dumpling skin from the middle to both sides, so that the dumplings will not leak the soup when they are cooked.
Boiling dumplings: Boil a pot of boiling water, and when the water boils, put the dumplings in and stir them in time (clockwise) to prevent the dumplings from sticking together in the water. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook, and wait until the dumplings float on the water
