July 26, 1976, opening day to the public; CN Tower. The poetariet assembled on the grassy knoll at the base of the tower, presented a portable tv wrapped in chrome and red tape as an offering to the tower. The poetariet 'worshipped' the tower until security staff put the poetariet under detention until police arrived to escort the poetariet off the property.
