After Lula victory, Brazil asks: Where’s Bolsonaro?

Brazil's outgoing leader Jair Bolsonaro has yet to concede defeat following Sunday's presidential election. He is due to speak in the coming hours.
His leftist rival, former president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva won the tightly-contested run-off vote against the far-right incumbent.
