This PTE Retell lecture task requires you to speak fluently and without hesitation, as well as having good intonation and natural rate, called Oral Fluency. The three scoring components are Sentence stress, Speed, and Pause. In your response to the PTE Retell lecture questions, you shouldn't stress the entire sentence, but rather the words that convey meaning in the sentence. This is called sentence stressing in Retell lecture. What's the best way to choose which words to emphasize? There's nothing complicated here, just emphasize nouns, adjectives, adverbs, and verbs. Grammar words are those that support the sentence, and they shouldn't be stressed. You'll learn all this in our Retell lecture template.
The PTE Retell Lecture task requires you to speak at a moderate speed. If you speak too fast, you risk not being clear to the algorithm, and the algorithm cannot distinguish different words in your response. However, if you speak too slow, you risk not providing enough essential points. You should speak at a medium speed, and always pause after commas and full stops. PTE Retell Lecture also suggests you modulate your voice while you speak. Once you join Edutrainex and familiarize yourself with the Retell Lecture template, you will be able to solve the PTE Retell Lecture questions with ease.
