Biden Admin JUST Responded to Our Letter

Back in September, we sent a letter to Biden Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Alejandro Mayorkas regarding Executive Order 14076, the so-called "Protecting Access to Reproductive Healthcare Services" which as we explained in detail, poses a significant legal threat to Pregnancy Resource Centers across the nation.
Well, believe it or not, they wrote back.
According to the official response from the DHS Assistant Secretary for Partnership and Engagement on behalf of Secretary Mayorkas:
"Thank you for your September 8, 2022 letter regarding Executive Order 14076, Protecting Access to Reproductive Healthcare Services, and your concerns regarding potential impact from the order on Pregnancy Resource Centers. Secretary Mayorkas asked that I respond on his behalf.
We appreciate your detailed expression of concern regarding how the Executive Order may be implemented. The Department is committed to carrying out the direction of the President, including assignments made to it in Executive Orders, in a manner consistent with the Constitution and all applicable laws.
Thank you again for your letter and interest in this important issue."
They don’t even care. You can hear it clearly in their response. But what you don’t hear is any real information.
The attitude of the radical Left is to follow the party line. Do not question. Just agree. Leaders on the radical Left say pregnancy resource centers are the enemy, therefore they have to be targeted and shut down. We’ve already seen what this dangerous rhetoric can cause, especially in the wake of Dobbs.
As we pointed out in our letter to Sec. Mayorkas:
"Pregnancy Resource Centers, also known as Crisis Pregnancy Centers, have been under increasing attack, both by pro-abortion activists who have firebombed and Pregnancy Resource Centers across the nation without any condemnation from President Biden, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the FTC, other pro-abortion supporters, or by pro-abortion politicians or state Attorneys General.”
In our letter, we went on to point out that not only have none of these attacks or calls to violence have been condemned by President Biden or his Administration, but “by ignoring them, the Biden Administration appears to be generating its own “false or misleading” and dangerous narrative that pro-abortion violence does not exist. In fact, partisan politicians are actively pushing the kinds of false and misleading narratives that DHS referenced in its June 7 bulletin. For example, on June 17, 2022, pro-abortion members of Congress sent a letter to the Chief Executive Officer of Google. In that letter the Members of Congress referred to “crisis pregnancy centers,” or “pregnancy resource centers,” as “fake clinics.”
This is why DHS’s cavalier attitude and non-response, essentially gaslighting our letter, is very dangerous. Again, elections have consequences.
Today’s full Sekulow broadcast includes more discussion of not only our original letter to DHS, but to their response. We are also joined by U.S. Army intelligence officer Abe Hamadeh to discuss what he sees as the most crucial issues in this election cycle.
