Yunnan Bridge Noodles

Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles is a unique snack in southern Yunnan, Yunnan Province, belonging to Yunnan cuisine. The dish originated in Mengzi area. It is made from five mature pork loin slices, belly head slices and water-haired squid slices.
